When are college students going to learn that it is a terrible idea to post racially charged photos and videos to their Facebook pages? In the most recent example of such harebrained behavior, white students at a Louisiana university reenacted the "Jena 6" attack, complete with blackface and racial slurs. More than four million readers have purchased a copy of "A Million Little Pieces," author James Frey's discredited memoir of his drug addiction. But only 1345 of them have sought a refund as part of a class action lawsuit brought against Frey and his ex-publisher. Lawyers, however, are seeking about $800,000 in legal fees, so somebody will walk away happy from the ridiculous litigation. Details here:
